This paper considers the directions for ensuring product quality in the agrarian economy of artificial intelligence in countries with various levels of economic development. We analysed and systematised features of implementing AI in this sphere in China, Taiwan, and countries of Africa and demonstrated advantages and threats that are connected with an adaptation of various digital and technical solutions to the given problems. We confirmed the hypothesis on the influence of the scale and quality of management information systems on the efficiency of the implementation of AI tools in the sphere of management and assessment of product quality in the agrarian economy. The goal of this work is to find the features of the formation of product quality in the agrarian economy of artificial intelligence in countries with various levels of economic development. In this research, we used the comparative approach, statistical analysis, and the method of systematization. The scientific novelty of this research consists in the improvement of empirical data on the features of adapting the agrarian sector to the capabilities of AI. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
