Conditions and factors of development of the tourist and recreational infrastructure, which is an obligatory element of the tourist destination industry, are considered on the basis of organizational and control measures of the territorial economic policy. Thanks to the developed tourist and recreational infrastructure, the efficiency of using tourist destination resources improves. The importance of increasing the investment and innovative activity of the destination, realized within the integration processes of its development and management, is shown.
