В статье обсуждается проблема эмоционального выгорания у педагогов. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования, характеризующие разные стадии эмоционального выгорания в зависимости от уровня проявления ответственности педагогов.

Research of Emotional Burning out in Teachers with Different Levels of Responsibility

The problem of emotional burning out in teachers is discussed in the article. The results of the empirical research characterizing the different stages of the emotional burning out depending on the level of the responsibility manifestation in teachers are given.
