E-Commerce is becoming future sales channel. However, in Bangladesh, only 0.4% people are internet users but their number is growing rapidly. For the period of 2010-13, the growth is as much as 70%. Online market settles a unique opportunity for Bangladesh companies to reach more efficiently existing and potential customers by replacing traditional retail stores with online-based business.
