АНАЛИЗ ПРАКТИКИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ АНТИДЕМПИНГОВЫХ ПОШЛИН В ЕАЭС

В статье анализируются теоретические и правовые аспекты механизма введения антидемпинговых пошлин как инструмента защиты внутренних интересов стран-участниц ЕАЭС. Анализируется практика внедрения и регулирования антидемпинговых пошлин, статистика эффективности инструментов защиты внутреннего рынка в ВТО и ЕАЭС.

The article analyses theoretical and legal aspects of the mechanism of introduction of anti-dumping duties as a tool to protect the internal interests of the EEU member states. The practice of introducing and regulating anti-dumping duties, statistics on the effectiveness of domestic market protection instruments in the WTO and the EEU are analyzed.
