Tourism development in Russia under the conditions of globalization

In this article, we describe the main problems that hinder tourism development in Russia. These problems include insufficient financing of tourism, institutional and organizational problems, and low quality of tourist products offered by some regions. We affirm that long-term tourism development programs adopted in the Russian Federation can solve these problems. © 2018 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
