Educational migration to a country with a different climate is usually accompanied by health problems, which is due to the influence of various factors on a foreign student [1,4]. Most of the visiting girls from warm countries to countries with cold or temperate climates experience serious changes in their menstrual cycle, weight loss or even obesity. Moreover, a change in the social environment often adversely affects the psycho-emotional health of female students [2, 3]. The study showed that all foreign female students of the first year of education have menstrual irregularities.
