АНАЛИЗ ПОДХОДОВ К ОЦЕНКЕ АДАПТИВНОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРНО-СЛОЖНЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ

Статья посвящена анализу подходов к количественной оценке адаптивной устойчивости инфраструктурно-сложных территории. Выполнен анализ содержания понятия адаптивной устойчивости. Проведенный анализ российского и мирового опыта позволил выявить три подхода к оценке адаптивной устойчивости территорий.

The report is devoted to the analysis of approaches to the quantitative assessment of infrastructure-complex territories resilience. The content of the concept of a resilience is analyzed. The analysis of russian and international experience has revealed three approaches to assessing the resilience of territories.
