ENDOVASCULAR INTERVENTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH GLASS* III GRADE INFRAINGUINAL ARTERIAL DISEASE: PRIMARY RESULTS

Purpose: To compare initial results for complex endovascular interventions. Materials and methods: 147 patients with complex infrainguinal lesions were retrospectively assessed. Two groups depending on postprocedure tibial arteries count (53 and 94 patients) were compared. Results: No demographic\nand clinical differences were observed. FPS stents were implanted in 110 (75%) patients; the average length of stented segment was 203 ± 99 mm. The initial condition of the tibial arteries was defined as a risk factor for the stent implantation.\nConclusions: This study confirms possibility of complex endovascular interventions. Similar technical success between the groups was observed.
