В статье анализируется актуальная проблема участия органов государственной власти в формировании органов местного самоуправления. Данная проблема рассматривается через призму конституционных поправок 2020 г. А именно дается толкование дискуссионным новеллам 11 ст. 131 конституции Российской Федерации 1993 г.

ON THE PARTICIPATION OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN THE FORMATION OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

The article analyzes the actual problem of participation of public authorities in the formation of local self-government bodies. This problem is considered through the prism of the constitutional amendments of 2020, namely, the interpretation of the debatable novelties 11 of Art. 131 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993 is given.
