Топическая диагностика скрытых родовых травм

Настоящая работа посвящена анализу особенностей диагностики родовой травмы с помощью триплексного ультразвукового сканирования\r\nбрахиоцефальных артерий. Восстановление кровотока по брахиоцефальным артериям предполагает определение оптимальных параметров для описания изменений кровотока в процессе терапии. Описание динамики кровотока приборами современной УЗИ-диагностики позволяет определить по каждому сосуду свыше 9 параметров. Однако значимость каждого из этих параметров или их комбинаций для описания восстановления кровотока описываемым ниже методом до сих пор не оценивалась.

Topical diagnosis of hidden birth injuries

This work is devoted to the analysis of the features of the diagnosis of birth\r\ntrauma using triplex ultrasound scanning of the brachiocephalic arteries. Restoration of blood flow\r\nin the brachiocephalic arteries involves determining the optimal parameters for describing changes\r\nin blood flow during therapy. The description of the blood flow dynamics by modern ultrasound\r\ndiagnostic devices makes it possible to determine more than 9 parameters for each vessel.\r\nHowever, the significance of each of these parameters or their combinations for describing the\r\nrestoration of blood flow by the method described below has not yet been evaluated.
