В данной статье даны определения дистрибьютора и 3PL-оператора, обозначены их различия, приведены результаты анализа мирового и российского рынка 3PL услуг. Разработаны и описаны этапы трансформации компании-дистрибьютора в 3PL-оператора.

In this article, the definitions of a distributor and a 3PL operator are given, their differences are indicated, and the results of an analysis of the global and Russian market of 3PL services are presented. The stages of transformation of a distributor company into a 3PL operator have been developed and described.
