We consider a retrial queueing system with limited processor sharing discipline. The arrival ow is de ned by a Markovian arrival process. The distinguishing feature of the model is that the customers on service can interfere each other and the e ective bandwidth of the server decreases with the increase in the number of servicing customers. The process of the system states is de ned as level-dependent Markov chain. The generator of this chain is derived. The main performance measures of the system are obtained.
