PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY IN RUSSIA

After years of application, the existing system of extended producer responsibility has not created a significant economic incentive for the development of the waste management industry. A number of strictly Russian difficulties of this process have been identified. The paper considers the problems of implementing extended producer responsibility in Russian Federation.
